At Omni, we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience of being part of our dance community. This fall, we’re making two important updates to our membership system to make it clearer, fairer, and more accessible for everyone.
Open Enrollment Period (New Process for Membership Changes)
In the past, members could request changes to their membership with just 48 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, this short window caused confusion—many members missed the deadline, and our team struggled to process requests in time.
To make things smoother, we’re introducing a monthly open-enrollment period:
You’ll now have until the 21st of each month to submit any membership changes using our form.
After that date, no changes can be made until the next open-enrollment window.
We’ll continue to send automated reminders so no one forgets.
This new system ensures our team has the time to process changes while giving members a clear and consistent deadline.

As we move into a new era at Omni, we’re excited to announce updates to our membership pricing—crafted to make your dance journey more accessible and rewarding. Whether you’re brand new to partner dance or a long-time member, these changes give you flexible options to learn, grow, and feel at home in our vibrant community.

Our memberships are designed to help you make the most of your time on the dance floor, with access to group classes, socials, and guest passes—offering plenty of chances to learn, connect, and grow with the community.
We keep things simple:
There are no contracts, and you have the freedom to pause or cancel anytime
We offer discounted 4-, 6-, or 12-month prepaid plans for long-term value
To give every new member the best possible start, sign-ups happen on-site after your class, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
Not ready for a full membership? No problem.
We also offer an À La Carte options.

$120 per style/level/month3. Expanded Omni Promise (More Scholarships, More Access)
We’ve heard from many members who want to be part of Omni but need additional financial support. To meet this need, we’re expanding the Omni Promise from 10% to 20% of memberships. This means more scholarships will be available, making dance at Omni more accessible to our community.
How the Transition Will Work
August–September: All members will be asked to choose their membership tier under the new system.
Members will not be able to attend classes until they’ve signed up for one of the three tiers.
If we don’t hear from you by the September 21st open-enrollment deadline, you will be automatically placed into Tier 3, which matches the access level most current members already use.
We’ll be sending reminders along the way to make sure everyone has time to transition smoothly.
